As a result of this re-prioritization of activities, you may experience a delay in receiving an initial acknowledgement as well as a substantive response to your reference request from RDSS. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research
If it is for an educational project, you may find that you can google them and have just as good luck. If you can find the names of recipients of senior awards, such as the Navy Cross, Distinguished Service Cross, or the Silver Star, try googling their name and "award presentation."
Similarly, if you have the names of the commanding officers of the divisions or above in country at the time--and they're all listed in Wikipedia or other sources--you could do a similar google search, for example "Westmoreland award presentation 1968" or "Abrams award ceremony 1969" and see what images pop up. It may not be perfect, but if you're putting together a slide presentation for a class or something, it may meet your requirements.
