Hello, I'm seeking any good photos of awards and decorations/commendations ceremony from the Vietnam War, prefer 1968 or 1969.  Prefer Army or Marines, with superior officer and recipient clearly visible. This is for an educational project - Any leads welcome!

If it is for an educational project, you may find that you can google them and have just as good luck.  If you can find the names of recipients of senior awards, such as the Navy Cross, Distinguished Service Cross, or the Silver Star, try googling their name and "award presentation."

Similarly, if you have the names of the commanding officers of the divisions or above in country at the time--and they're all listed in Wikipedia or other sources--you could do a similar google search, for example "Westmoreland award presentation 1968" or "Abrams award ceremony 1969" and see what images pop up.  It may not be perfect, but if you're putting together a slide presentation for a class or something, it may meet your requirements.

An you might have similar results on Pinterest or one of the other image sharing services.

The website Fold3 has numerous official Army, Navy & Marine Corps photos from the Vietnam War. It is a subscription website but you may be able to sign-up for a free trial. You might also be able to access the site through a library.
