Thanks for posting to the Hub!
The best place to find recordings of congressional hearings is C-SPAN. C-SPAN began recording House proceedings in 1979 and Senate proceedings in 1986. It's important to note that the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1970 only enabled committees to allow radio and television coverage. Committees were not required to record hearings. For more information, I recommend reading Videos of Congressional Hearings and Video Broadcasting of Congressional Proceedings.
If you have difficulty finding video of Hansen's testimony or if you have any further questions, I recommend contacting the Center for Legislative Archives at firstname.lastname@example.org. Video of hearings rarely end up in committee records, but one of our reference archivists will be happy to check our holdings and point you in the right direction.
I hope this information is helpful!
