LC stamp, marginalia notations, and other issues

Reading through the FAQ's for the Title page Copy right project, we are instructed to not transcribe handwritten notes on the pages as if they were marginalia, with brackets and asterisks. Also, we are instructed to not transcribe the LC stamp, and if that is the only item on a page, to mark the page as "nothing to transcribe". I have seen an overwhelming number of pages where upon review these requests are disregarded.

My question, when reviewing, should I correct these pages and then mark them to be reviewed, or should I disregard these errors and mark them complete?

      Thank you.
