Can I see a plat map of a Carter in Spencer, Indiana during 1880?

We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the Field Notes for Public Land Survey Township Plats, 1789-1946 that include notes for Indiana and the Public Land Survey Township Plats, 1789-1946 in the Records of the Bureau of Land Management (Record Group 49) that may include Washington Township. The Field Notes have been digitized. For information on the township plats for Indiana, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Cartographic (RDSC) at carto@nara.gov.
