One, which you may have already come across, is a history of U.S. Army Border Operations in Germany on the U.S. Army Center for Military History's website. Chapter 2 is all about the Constabulary Regiments and their squadrons underneath. The notes at the end of the chapter are a bit hard to decipher, but they may point you to some resources also of use.
Two record groups that you might look through in the catalog that could have something are:
Record Group 466: Records of the U.S. High Commissioner for Germany
Record Group 260: Records of U.S. Occupation Headquarters, World War II
All of the records from RG 466, and most of the records from RG 260 are located at the National Archives at College Park, Maryland. The textual reference staff there can be contacted at Archives2reference@nara.gov.
Best of luck in your hunt!
