Dear Ms. Silverstein,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We suggest that you contact the Alabama Department of Public Health to request a search for birth, marriage or death certificates. You may wish to note any name variants or broaden your search for the surrounding years. In addition, the FamilySearch Research wiki for Alabama Vital Records Online may be helpful.
We also suggest that you contact the Alabama Department of Mental Health to obtain any patient records in their custody for Belle Rosenbloum.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
