We searched the National Archives Catalog and located 50 record series and 1060 items in the Records of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (Record Group 255) related to Apollo-Soyuz Test Project (ASTP). The Department of State’s Central Foreign Policy File (CFPF), 1973-1979 is available in electronic format via the National Archives’ Access to Archival Databases (AAD). We searched it for “Apollo-Soyuz” and located 528 results. Other search terms may produce additional relevant results.
Additionally, we suggest that you contact the NASA History Division, which has substantial historical reference collections at their headquarters in Washington DC as well as the various NASA field centers. Some of their online resources include publications such as the The Partnership: A History of the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project. NASA also has a topic page on the ASTP. Also, the Johnson Space Center and the Goddard Space Flight Center both have pages on the ASTP.
