Seeking Photos of Chickering Art Case Piano displayed at Hollywood Theater

I am looking for photos of a Chickering & Sons art case Concert Grand piano that was displayed at the Hollywood Theater (in NYC) in 1945 at the debut of a movie titled "Rhapsody in Blue " . The piano was owned by a member of the Knabe Piano Company and given to the George Gershwin Foundation. Finished in antique white with gold guilding the piano was reportedly built by Chickering and Sons of Boston for the King of Spain at a cost of $15,000. It would have been built in the late 1890s but King Alphonso never took possession. It was owned by a Hollywood, CA musician and allegedly used by George Gershwin. Eventually made its way to NYC to the mansion of a banker then owned by the Town Club of NYC. This particular piano has a Brown action and a 110 Scale of which only 50 where made.
