I could not find the serial number listed in the Springfield Research Service serial numbers guides I have. They do list the serial range for the Mark 1 as being: 93,3045 to 118,6358 so a span of 253,313 numbers with yours a little more than half way through that total.
There are not many MK 1 listed in the booklets, the closest I found was 1078125 which is listed on August 18, 1919 as "PED Device Endurance Test"

Dear Mr. Johansson,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We are unable to locate any prepared lists showing the serial numbers of weapons purchased and issued by the United States Army. If such lists were prepared by the Office of the Chief of Ordnance, they were not transferred to the National Archives with the older records of that office.
We searched online and located the document Serial Number Ranges for Springfield Armory Manufactured Military Firearms posted by the National Park Service which may be of assistance. If you have any questions about this document please contact the Springfield Armory National Historic Site.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
