Seeking prison records for Stanislov Mularczyk

Hi there!  There is a family story that my great-grandfather went to prison for bootlegging.  They say it was Terre Haute, IN, but that doesn't make any sense since it was build in 1936.  His name was Stanley Mularczyk.  This would have happened between 1927 and 1933, I think.  I'm guessing this date because my grandmother said that he made a joke about not recognizing her when he came back and she was born in 1927. Anyway it would have been during prohibition. On the other hand, my family likes to embellish stories, so he may have just gone to jail for something else. Thanks!
