The best that I can tell there was no ship named Citta di Tonimo. The Citta di Torino arrived on 25 Mar 1907. The passenger list for the ship begins on image 354 at New York Passenger Arrival Lists (Ellis Island), 1892-1924; https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C95S-T2BC?cc=1368704&wc=4FMB-W3W%3A1600342400

Dear Ms. Confino,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
The Statue of Liberty—Ellis Island Foundation, Inc has an online searchable database of 22.5 million arrivals to New York between 1892 - 1924. Using this database, we were unable to locate a ship named the Citta di Tonimo arriving at Ellis Island. We believe that the ship you are looking for is the S.S. Citta di Torino, which arrived at Ellis Island on March 27, 1907 from Genova, Naples, Napoli, Palermo, Italy.
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located Passenger and Crew Lists of Vessels Arriving at New York, New York, 6/16/1897 - 7/3/1957 (T715) in the Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (Record Group 85) that may include the lists of the S.S. Citta di Torino for March 25, 1907. Some of these records have been digitized and are available using the Catalog. For information about the non-digitized records, please email the National Archives at Washington, DC - Textual Reference (RDT1) at email@example.com.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to guidance received from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), NARA has adjusted its normal operations to balance the need of completing its mission-critical work while also adhering to the recommended social distancing for the safety of NARA staff. As a result of this re-prioritization of activities, you may experience a delay in receiving an initial acknowledgement as well as a substantive response to your reference request from RDT1. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
As mentioned by the previous poster, these records (T715) are available online through NARA’s partnership with FamilySearch.org. This website is available for free but you will need to create an account to view the records for New York Passenger Arrival Lists ( Ellis Island), 1892- 1924; Roll 851, Vol 1919-1920, 24 Mar 1907
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
