We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the series Index to Final Pension Payment Vouchers in the Records of the Accounting Officers of the Department of the Treasury (Record Group 217) that contains one card for Cox, Moses (image 476) in Georgia that may be of interest to you. The series in Record Group 217 also contains one file for Moses Cox in Georgia. These records have been digitized and can be viewed online via the Catalog.
