Seeking to find out what the 1067th Engineer Construction Group did while on duty in ETO. It was my father's unit during WWII. They arrived at Le Havre, France on 20 Feb 1945. The 1067th was in France 20 Feb 1945 - 05 March 1945, Belgium o6 Mar 1945 - 19 March 1945, Germany 20 March 1945 - 27 May 1945 (In Bonn Germany 18 May 1945, Dated picture), France 30 May 1945 - 03 July 1945, and Antwerp, Belgium on 07 July 1945. Shipped out for the Pacific on or about 07 July 1945 aboard the Marine Eagle for STEAMROLLER destination. Col Roy McCutchen was Commanding Officer, Lt Col Clifton Pratt was Executive Officer, Captain Stanley Brown was Adjutant. The unit size was 80 men. They went on to the Philippines then to the port of Kure Honshu, Japan for reconstruction. They trained at Ft. Claiborne LA.
