It looks like Record Group wise, RG 260, Records of the U.S. Occupation Headquarters, World War II (OMGUS) or RG 466, Records of the U.S. High Commissioner for Germany. RG 466 has a subseries of records from the U.S. Courts of the Allied High Commission for Germany which might have your records. Both of these

The Eisenhower Presidential Library has compiled a finding aid for the topic of "Occupation of Germany by the U.S. Army." A warning on these records is that they tend towards policy and high-level reports, so they may not get into the granular detail you are looking for. They can be contacted at email@example.com.
