Searching for marriage of Frank Critelli and Maranda Baxter (Barclay) 1920s.

I have been looking for my grandparents marriage certificate for several years now, with no luck.  Hoping someone here can help. My grandfather, Frank Critelli (Kertela), shows up in the 1920 Chicago census as 'married' to his estranged wife back in Italy. https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/6061/images/4300479_00440?pId=15219650  -Line 54; Likewise, my grandmother, Maranda Baxter (maiden name Barclay) shows up in the 1920 census as 'married' to her estranged husband from when she lived in Richmond/Lexington Kentucky. (I still don't know what happened to him; "Frank Baxter") https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/6061/images/4300486_00338?pId=82598829 -Line 25; They worked at the same industrial laundry shop and in the 1930 census, they show up as married to each other with my almost 5 y/o father. https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/6224/images/4584280_00589?pId=85608552 -Lines 23-25; In the 1930 census, Francesco also states that his first marriage is to Maranda at his age of 36, which would have been around 1923-ish.

I have sent in requests to Chicago and Illinois and have been online to Ancestry, FamilySearch and Chicago's NARA and Federal NARA, Kentucky's Librarian/Genealogists and the National Presbyterian offices.  I've done much online research and footwork that I can think of to no avail. If any of you kind souls could help in finding this marriage certificate, I would deeply appreciate it!  My goal is for dual-citizenship, to retire to my family's southern Italian town.

      Thank you!

      Claudia
