There is a Dobins (Dobbins) family in the 1880 Census for Rockingham, North Carolina, that shows a Hannah Dobins, daughter of James and Caroline Dobins, born 1876. Sibling to Hattie (1774), William (1775), Hallie (1776) and Crawford (1779).
Hannah married Andrew Benton in 1897.
