Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
Since the National Archives is the repository for records created in the course of business conducted by the United States Federal government, we wouldn’t have anything on the pageant but it appears that a few Ohio archives do have some of these records.
The State Library of Ohio and the Ohio History Connection scanned the Ohio State News collection, 1944-1952 and made it available online here. Since they sponsored the pageant there should be several articles and photos available in their newspaper.
The Ohio University Libraries Archives & Special Collections contains some posters and other documents related to the pageant.
There are also some newspaper articles from the Ohio Sentinel that have photographs from the pageant available through the digital collections of Columbus Library. You may find additional resources through searching other Ohio newspapers at that time. Most local public libraries offer access to newspaper archives, indexes and morgues with your library card.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck on your research!
