Seeking records about the Japanese accession to the OECD

To whom it may concern. I am a PhD candidate from Switzerland and unfortunately I am unfamiliar with the National Archives Catalog compared to the availability of records in my country.  For my research I am trying to locate documents about the Japanese accession to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in 1964. I have listed below what I am specifically interested in.

      1) Special US records about the Japanese accession to the OECD (1961-1964)

      2) Records from the US Mission to the OECD (1961-1964)

      3) Bilateral relations US - Japan (1961-1964).

      4) Records form the US Embassy in Tokyo (1961-1964)

Are there possibly Defense Department files of the Japanese accession to the OECD?
