Have you tried reaching out to the Army Quartermasters museum https://quartermaster.army.mil/history/ ? Have you also tried obtaining TOE reports? Additionally the 142nd Quartermaster were apart of the 8th Army in Korea 1957-1959.
Here is a nice article from Star and Stripes https://www.stripes.com/blogs/from-the-archives/142nd-quartermaster-battalion-1957-1.435980
