Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
The information you seek in Civil War Records may be available through the National Archives online resources. Civil War Records research resources may be accessed here and paper copies of Civil War pension records can be requested online.
Please note that the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has suspended reproduction and digitization services until further notice due to COVID-19. Orders will not be serviced until operations can resume safely. Once operations resume, document reproduction requests will be filled in the order in which they were received. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!

Cecilia Rawson Apr 9, 2021 10:27 AM (in response to Elliot Schneider)Thank you so much for those documents. I have never researched this type of document before. Could you possibly tell me what the cards in between the photos and the Application represent?
Thank you again!
