1 person found this helpfulArchivists at the Center for Legislative Archives can pull legislative records from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The research room is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays. You will want to allow for time to review the appropriate finding aids before requesting records.
We encourage researchers to contact us by email at legislative.archives@nara.gov before planning a research visit to Washington, DC. This will allow our staff to expedite your research visit and ensure the records you wish to consult are open and available for research.
The Center applies the rules of access for congressional records as determined by the House and the Senate.
