Dear Mr. George,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
The National Archives is the repository for the permanently valuable non-current records of the Federal Government. We have no authority to appraise historical objects.
If you a interested in donating these materials to a research institution, we suggest that you contact a historical society, library, archives, or museum, or other institution that may be interested in materials relating to the history of the American West or specific topics or areas represented in the collection such as Arizona, Texas, and mining. For example, the Arizona History Museum based out of Tucson, Arizona; the Museum of the American West; or the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum may be interested in these materials. In regards to monetary value, we suggest that you contact a reputable antiques dealer in your area.
We hope this is helpful.
