NARA does hold OSS Personnel folders. The CIA originally held all OSS files, but they were gradually transferred during the 1980s. The files can be searched using the National Archives Catalog and the links below will take you through the steps on how to view these folders.

Just to let you know: The web addresses appended an http:// in front of the https URLs and my browser failed to open the linked "http://https//www.archives.gov/research/military/ww2/oss/"
