Seeking records of 1st Air Warning Group

    Michael Hobbs Newbie

I'm seeking details and documentation about the Marine Corps 1st Air Warning Group located at Cherry Point, NC during World War II. Specifically, I am seeking records about the service of James E. Webb and his work in development of the transportable air control radar systems used by the Group and the Air Warning Squadrons.
