In regards to his voter registration, because this activity is handled by state and local governments rather than the federal government, the National Archives does not have custody of these records. 

We searched the internet and the only information we could locate regarding voter registration records for Illinois are for Chicago and are too early to have included him.  We suggest that you contact the Illinois State Archives for further assistance.
