Seeking information about William H. Harris Sr.

I cannot seem to find any information on the origins of My 3rd GGF, William H. Harris. Sr. He was born about 1820 in Providence, RI. He married Sara Tillinghast sometime before 1844 when their first child was born. He died 21 May 1862. I can't even find where he is buried. But my main question is who were his parents, etc. Thanks for any help or leads.

This Providence death record indicates that his father was Soloman Harris and mother Eliza T.

  Thank you so much!! I don't know how I could have missed his death record, I regularly check Family Search too. This helps me immensely! Did you look at the poor guys cause of death? Softening of the brain, mobility (?) insanity and finally death. That sounds horrible!
