Seeking explanation of acronyms from enlistment records

I'm trying to find information on my grandfather, Harry H Lewis, using military records. I've found two records that may be his, but I can not understand what it means because it uses acronyms or shortcuts. Is there an article or dictionary where someone has defined or explained the terms and acronyms used in the Enlistment Records from the early 1900s?

Are you able to share the information or the acronyms that are being used. Also do you have information such as a DOB, and place of birth for him?
