Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the Library of Congress’s Chronicling America and located multiple articles related to the loss of the USS Wasp. Use of other key words may turn up more articles. Additionally, there may be other articles available through commercial newspaper databases.
We also located two articles from the US Navy Heritage and History Command about the loss of the Wasp.
