What if your account is deactivated?

A friend's History Hub account has been deactivated.&#160; It's been a while but they cannot log in.&#160; Can they get this fixed?

Thanks for your question! For security purposes, History Hub accounts which have not been used for one year are automatically deactivated.&#160; Any users with dormant accounts should contact us and we'll gladly reactivate their accounts. No information is lost when an account is deactivated. We hope this is helpful.
