We have determined that History Hub system email notifications were not sent from Thursday, June 15, through the morning of Tuesday, June 20. The issue has been resolved and email notifications are now being sent.
If you were expecting a critical system email please see below:
- for password reset emails, please request another password reset
- for email address changes, please contact us directly at: HistoryHub@nara.gov

for new account verification emails, if you have still not received a verification email, please take the following steps:
- Go to the History Hub login page at: https://historyhub.history.gov/login
- Enter your username and password (be sure to enter your username and not your email address)*
- On the "Email Verification Required" page, click the "Resend" button that appears
- Check your email for a new message titled "Verify your email address for History Hub"
*If you cannot remember the username you selected when registering, please follow these steps:
- Go to the History Hub password reset page at: https://historyhub.history.gov/user/emailforgottenpassword
- Check your email for a new message titled "History Hub: Reset Password"
- This email will contain your login name (or username)
- Return to the first set of steps to resend the verification email.
