Users with email addresses from select Internet Service Providers (ISPs) including: att.net, sbcglobal.net, cox.net, and bellsouth.net were unable to receive emails automatically generated by History Hub, such as password resets and other system messages. This issue has now been resolved and users from these ISPs should now be able to receive History Hub email. If you were affected by the issue and temporarily switched your email to an alternate address, you should be able to change back to your preferred email address.
To change your registered email address, go to your User Settings and enter your preferred address. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'. This will generate a confirmation email so that you can verify the change.
