Mylo was supposedly born in New Marlborough, MA on 06 Jul 1867. He died 01 Mar 1964 in Stockbridge, MA.  So for sure he was born in Berkshire County.  We have him using the name Milo Durand DeForrest, but we don't know if the "De" on DeForrest was added later or if that was truly his last name.  I cannot find anything on him in New Marlborough,… (Show more)

My father enlisted in the Army at the start of WWII and because he was a Pa. coal miner, the Army sent him to Butte, Montana to dig copper.  He was almost killed in a cave in and was separated in 1944.
