I am seeking to find information related to the 1895 report of the board of appraisers on improvements of intruders in the Cherokee nation. This data comes from the 54th congress first session, house of representatives. Document No. 116. 
 
 Specifically I&rsquo;m looking for The "final report and 386 special reports annexed thereto, Numbered consecutively from 1 to 316, inclusive, and from numbers 1 to 70, inclusive entitled Cherokee Freedmen claimants. Special reports numbers 1 to 315 inclusive contain completed cases with evidence reports, findings, and awards."

"Report number 316 comprises the report on intruders whom the appraisers were unable to find and intruders who failed to come before the board and claim improvements in the Cherokee Nation.".
