I'm looking to learn how I can get a copy of the "Testimony of June 17, 1902" referenced on my ancestor's Mississippi Choctaw Application

I recently found my ancestor's application for Mississippi Choctaw citizenship. It was refused and referenced a "Testimony of June 17, 1902". I would like to get a copy of that. Does anyone know how I can do that?
