uss manatee ao-58 log book 19690-1964

Question

I need to get the logbooks for my ship USS Manatee AO-58 from 1960-1964. I have been told by a VSO that the logbooks they have seen do not show my ship was in Vietnam waters refueling vessels. I have most of the illnesses associated with exposure to Agent Orange.
