Seeking any records on Tillman Skates

I am looking for anything on my Father, Tillman Monroe Skates.  Former Seabee CWO4 retired around 1961.  He was on Midway, Okinawa, Point Hueneme, Cube Point, Laos, and Cambodia plus elsewhere in the Navy.  He then went to Wake Island as the Assistant Station Manager for FMC / Con Am / Automated industries. From there he headed to the South Pacific, Naru and etc.  He finally ended up in Oman for Consolidated Construction, however traveled all over that are for various "Projects" and at one time was tied into the US Embassy in Oman

    We suggest that you request a copy of his Official Military Personnel File (OMPF). OMPFs and medical records of enlisted men and officers of the U.S. Navy who were separated from the service after 1959 and before January 31, 1994 are located at NARA's National Personnel Records Center (NPRC), (Military Personnel Records), 1 Archives Drive, St. Louis, MO  63138-1002.     Hi Ron,

    Ancestry.com has quite a bit of information on Tillman Monroe Skates. Ancestry is a subscription service as you probably know.  You already have quite a bit of information on your Dad. Could you be a little more specific on what you’re looking for?
