Thank you for posting your question on History Hub!
The record series most related to your request are 342-B: Black and White and Color Photographs of U.S. Air Force Activities, Facilities, and Personnel, Domestic and Foreign, 1954–1980, 342-P: Photographs of Air Force Officers and Officials, 1960–1981, 330-CFD: Combined Military Service Digital Photographic Files, 1982–2007, and 330-PAP: Combined Military Service Public Affairs Photographs, 2007–2020. After conducting preliminary searches in these series, we were unable to locate photographs of Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt) Ronald E. Peavy. Unfortunately many of the military personnel represented in these photographs are not readily identified in the captions. Additionally, the vast majority of retirement ceremonies were not kept as permanent government record. For more information regarding our holdings, we invite you to explore our website, https://www.archives.gov/research/still-pictures/military-personnel-photographs. Our website organizes our records by the different branches of the U.S. military, thereunder organized by time period. Please use the links on the right of the page to navigate throughout the webpage.
This does not mean that photographs of SMSgt Peavy do not exist within our holdings, only that a more in-depth search would be required.
Unfortunately, due to time and staffing limitations, we are unable to complete in-depth searches of our holdings and can typically only provide limited searches. You or a representative may wish to visit us to locate and reproduce copies of photographs yourself in our Research Room in College Park, MD. During your visit, you or your representative may also be able to search in-depth for more images in some of our other series. You can find information about visiting the Still Pictures Branch at https://www.archives.gov/research/still-pictures/visit and you may email consultation.stillpix@nara.gov with any additional questions. Alternatively if you are unable to visit, you may wish to hire an independent researcher to find and copy images on your behalf.
We invite you to continue the conversation with community members on History Hub, but should you have follow up questions for the staff at Archives II, please email us at stillpix@nara.gov so that we can assist you further.
We hope this assists you with your research!
Sincerely,
Still Picture Branch
