The National Archives is the repository for the permanently valuable records of the U.S. Government.  We do not solicit or collect private, unofficial manuscripts, diaries, memoirs, or websites created by individuals.  There are a number of organizations, however, that may collect such materials.  We suggest you contact one of the following:
