What wonderful memories you have of your father!
You are indeed correct, your father went to Riverside Indian School at Andarko, Oklahoma. The National Archives does hold a student case file for Holly Onco which you can see the catalog record at this link: https://catalog.archives.gov/id/178136749.
There is also a student case file record for Holly Onco, a Kiowa, at the Chilocco Indian School, and agricultural school located between Arkansas City, Kansas and Ponca City, Oklahoma. You can see the catalog record at this link: https://catalog.archives.gov/id/284085197.
I also looked up your mother, Easlyn Arnold and found a student case file for her as well at Riverside! Perhaps this is where they met? She is listed as a Caddo-Seminole born in 1924. You can see the catalog record at this link: https://catalog.archives.gov/id/178133297.
These student case files can be requested by contact NARA staff at ftworth.archives@nara.gov or by calling (817) 551-2051. Our catalog does note that these student records may be partially restricted for privacy.
You may also wish to request your father's personnel record from his service with the Navy. We suggest that you request a copy of his Official Military Personnel File (OMPF). OMPFs and medical records of enlisted men of the U.S. Navy who were separated from the service after 1885 and before 1960 are located at NARA's National Personnel Records Center (NPRC), (Military Personnel Records), 1 Archives Drive, St. Louis, MO 63138-1002. To request these records, please mail a completed GSA Standard Form 180 to NPRC. Veterans and next of kin of deceased veterans also may use eVetRecs to request records. See eVetRecs Help for instructions. If there is any information requested by the form that you do not know, you may omit it or provide estimates (such as for dates), but the more information you provide, the easier it will be to locate the correct file. For more information see Official Military Personnel Files (OMPF), Archival Records Requests.
Archival OMPFs may also be requested by visiting the Archival Research Room at the National Archives at St. Louis. Please see the linked web pages for more information. Please email stlarr.archives@nara.gov for further assistance prior to making an appointment.
