Did H Co, 501st PIR, 101st Airborne enter Dachau or a sub camp of Dachau

The 501st was not at the main camp, KZ Dachau, on liberation day, 29 April 1945. 
 I have no records to suggest it was there afterwards.

Military unit files among these records consist mostly of historical reports, after action reports, unit journals, and general orders. We do not have a name index to these records. 
 
 Within Record Group 407 Entry NM-3 427 - World War II Operations Reports, 1940&ndash;1948 there are records of the 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment that may be of interest for your research. Please note that these records are not specific to H Company but may mention H Company. These records may be of help in determining if the unit entered Dachau or any of its subcamps.
