Did US Army Ship Transport Lists survive from the Spanish-American War?

Did US Army Ship Transport Lists survive from the Spanish-American War? I am looking for 1898 ship transport lists for the SS Australia and SS City of Sydney going to the Philippines and the ship transport list for the SS Newport and SS Ohio returned from the Philippines to the US in 1899. Thank you.

Records of the Army Transport Service are located in Record Group 92 Records of the Office of the Quartermaster General Entries 1781 thru 1887. This section includes correspondence, logs, and lists. The most likely series for passenger lists is Entry 1831 Passenger Lists for Vessels in the Army Transport Service, 1898-1914. There is no overall index to the records of the Army Transport Service. It is possible that lists for the vessels that you are looking for may be disbursed among the records of the Army Transport Service.
