Hello,
If you are referring, for example, to Corregidor, you should contact the Coast Defense Study Group and ask for contact info for Mr Glen M Williford, author of the book shown below. He has done a lot of research, including on the Malinda and the Navy Intercept Tunnel on the island. He may be able to refer you to /provide specific documents, including those found at NARA/USACE Historical Section. The book is very informative, regardless. He has also done research and written a book on the same topic about Hawaii.

Thank you very much for your reply sir.
Thank you for posting your question on History Hub!
The National Archives has custody of the Record Group 77 Records of the Office of the Chief of Engineers series Construction Completion Reports, 1917–1944 (NM-19 391). We searched our finding aids for this series but did not locate any files related to the Philippines. We also searched the Record Group 92 Records of the Office of the Quartermaster General series General Correspondence Relating to Places, 1936–1945. While from our research we believe the tunnels were started in 1932 this series may have records of interest. This series is arranged by the War Department Decimal File System (WDFS) (1943) and would need to be searched using decimals of interest such as 600.1 (Construction and Installation) within the files related to the Philippines in boxes 463-470. For more information about these non-digitized records, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RR2R) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov.
Please be aware that the Cartographic Branch of the National Archives holds maps, charts, aerial photographs, architectural drawings, patents, and ships plans. Their email address is carto@nara.gov.
We invite you to continue the conversation with community members on History Hub, but should you have follow up questions for the staff at Archives II, please email us at archives2reference@nara.gov so that we can assist you further.
We hope this assists you with your research!
Sincerely,
Textual Reference Archives II Branch (RR2RR)
