Polish forced laborers in Klocksin, Germany during WW2

My grandparents in Klocksin, a small village in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany, were Nazi party members and farmers who used Polish forced laborers to work their land during world war 2.  I am looking for these former prisoners. I only know the first name of one of the laborers, who helped my grandmother survive when the Red Army occupied her village and her farm. Are there records of the names of these laborers as allocated to different municipalities in Germany, including my grandparents' farm in Klocksin? My hope is to locate his descendants to possibly fill some holes in my family history.

Thank you!
