Thank you for posting your question to History Hub!

The National Archives at College Park has custody of multiple series that contain records relating to the 325th Glider Infantry Battalion during your time period of interest that may assist with answering your inquiry.  We first suggest the series World War II Operations Reports (entry NM-3 427) within the Records of the Adjutant General's Office (Record Group 407).  These records contain historical reports that extend into December 1948 (382-INF(325)-0.1) and a final report dated July 28-November 1948 (382-INF(325)-0.3.0).
In addition, the series Command Reports, 1949–1954 (entry NM-3 429) within the Records of the Adjutant General's Office (Record Group 407) contains a historical report from 1949 (box 4387), a command report from 1950 (box 4389), and a command report from 1951 (box 4391) for the 325th Glider Infantry Battalion.  A historical report was also located in the series Unit Histories, 1943–1967 (entry UD 37042) within the Records of U.S. Army Operational, Tactical, and Support Organizations (World War II and Thereafter) (Record Group 338) under the unit's name after WWII: the 325th Infantry Regiment (box 4649).
We will be happy to make the records and their finding aids available to you or your representative in the Textual Research Room (Room 2000) here at the National Archives at College Park, Maryland. Please visit our website for information about visiting the National Archives in College Park, MD, including how to schedule a research visit.

We also recommend contacting the Center of Military History.  We were able to locate the lineage and honors for the 325th Infantry Regiment, but it did not appear to contain specific information regarding the location of the unit after World War II.  For inquiries on organizational history, lineage and honors, official Army histories, staff rides, military programs, please e-mail CMH Answers at usarmy.mcnair.cmh.mbx.answers@army.mil.

We invite you to continue the conversation with community members on History Hub, but should you have follow up questions for the staff at Archives II, please email us at archives2reference@nara.gov so that we can assist you further.

We hope this assists you with your research!
