G Company, 273rd Infantry Regiment attached to 69th INF DIV

I have a copy of this Stars and Stripes article about black soldiers in Germany during WWII in 1945. A member of my church was in the photo and I'd love to maybe get a better copy. His name was Sergeant Milton Graham and his unit was G Company, 273rd Infantry Regiment assigned to the 69th Infantry Division. Graham said that after the allied survived the Battle of the Bulge, there was a need for replacement troops to continue the push towards Germany. Since there were blacks already in the ETO with the minimum infantry experience, Eisenhower sought black replacements to fill the vacuum until suitable white replacements could be prepared and sent to the ETO.

My questions are is anyone familiar with the 2,000 Negro Volunteer Replacement soldiers and if I send the date of the Stars & Stripes article, can you direct me to a source to get a better copy?
