accident reports

Trying to find an accident report that happened on 25 August 1984. The soldier was assigned to 4/41 2 AD (FWD) Garlstedt  Germany the accident happened at Grafenwoehr Germany live fire range for the .50 cal. the soldier died from his injuries

The USACRC Commander has been delegated authority to act as the Initial Denial Authority (IDA) on requests for information from Army safety accident reports.
