Silver Star Citations for Captain Carl E. DeBroeck, WW2

I’m looking for a possible third silver star citation awarded to Capt. Carl E. DeBroeck during WW2 (my uncle) or other details. He was awarded his first near Aprilia, Italy (Anzio) on May 30, 1944, and a second on August 19, 1944, near Barjols, France. He also received a bronze star on April 24, 1944. I believe he was involved in the Battle of Meximieux, France, about Sept. 1, 1944, where he may have received another citation. He was 45th Division, 179th Regiment, first assigned to Co A, next Co D and Reg HQ over his combat service stretching from Sicily, Italy, and finally northern France. He was seriously injured by a land mine near Epinal, France around Sept. 28, 1944 (third purple heart) and shipped state-side.
