Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the series titled Population Schedules for the 1930 Census in the Records of the Bureau of the Census (Record Group 29) but the digital images for Colorado have not been added yet.
Therefore, we searched the 1930 Census on Ancestry and located a Hugh G. Brown who was a boarder at a home with many other people. We conducted a broader search for a Hugh G. Brown who continued living in the Boulder County area for a number of years and there were several records tied to that particular individual. There may be a fee for this service. Or you may view these records online at one NARA's facilities for free via ALIC. For the nearest NARA location, please consult our web page at https://www.archives.gov/locations/. Also, some of the images from Ancestry are available for free on Family Search at https://www.familysearch.org/en/.
According to the Colorado State Archives, please contact Certificates and Vital Records of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for birth records after 1908.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!
