When an individual or company had a POB address, the rental application for the box would include their physical street address. Keep in mind that in the 1960s, some rural addresses were only box numbers. You could check with the Post Office by writing to the Pierson Post Office, 123 N. Volusia Avenue, Pierson, FL 32180-9998 or calling 386-749-2996 to see if they have retained any rental applications from the 1960s.

You can do a search of Volusia County Court case search information and/or Volusia County Property Records by name to see if further information is available for the decedent you are looking for. I also like the website MyFloridaCounty (click on the Search Now button) because you can do free searches by name.
