Best records for finding info on Camp Johnston, TX-1852.

Are there letters from officers that might hold info that can be accessed online ?

I contacted National Archives for a drawing of the camp and they said they couldn't find one.

Arthur T. Lee and John Garland were in charge of the camp, anything I can tap into there? Dr. Ebenezer Swift did a report, of which have gained much info.

I do know the U S Eighth Infantry split into two groups and started Ft McKavett and Camp Johnston at the same time.

Any ideas would be great. I have most of what's listed online.
